The VBA  Approach 

First things first, we start by determining eligibility. We work with both the funding source and the family to craft an individualized program that will work for your child. Our services are offered in the home, school, and even community settings. After one of our BCBA Case Managers conducts a comprehensive assessment of your child, we use those results to develop a treatment plan customized to your child. The goals we focus on include behavioral reduction, skill acquisition, and instructional programs. Assigned to each child is a team of Behavior Interventionists that will work one on one with the child to ensure progress. On top of the work our team will be doing, we also work with families to teach them strategies and provide them with the tools they’ll need to help their child with daily activities. Whether it’s medical centers, regional centers, insurance plans, private pay, or school districts, we do our best to accept funding from a wide variety of sources. We pride ourselves on our diverse backgrounds in the Applied Behavior Analysis field, as well as the passion each of us brings to our work. With every member of our leadership team holding Ph.D. awards in the study of Applied Behavior Analysis, you can rest easy knowing your child’s progress is in good hands.
