VBA® Founder and CEO Matthew Howarth, Assistant Director Tamarah Owens, and Director Efrat Kemp presented research conducted by VBA® at the Applied Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) 12th International Conference in Lisbon, Portugal in November 2025.
Entitled “Self & Match System and Reinforcement to Increase the Rate of Conducted Fidelity Checks by Supervisors”, their presentation was part of a larger symposium analyzing the self-monitoring tool, the Self & Match®, as an effective method for driving behavior change among staff and students.
Specifically, VBA® successfully used the system to increase the rate of fidelity checks supervisors conducted on therapists, ensuring consistent, high-quality implementation of treatment plans.
